UO faculty offer a limited number of correspondence courses, which involve few or no in-person class sessions, but which involve a level of rigor consistent with on-campus courses.
Students have leapt at the chance to enroll in correspondence courses on topics as diverse as Latin and conflict resolution. We hope to engage more faculty in these classes in the future. In addition to being an excellent way to explore a wide variety of academic disciplines, this type of class is essential in allowing inside students to graduate.
